Underpinning
Traditional Underpinning - often used where a property is built on clay soils, is vulnerable to subsidence or has a root penetratin problem.
Piled Underpinning- often used where there is filled or contaminated ground and on land which is soft or water yielding. Also used when traditional underpinning is not deemed cost-effective or practical.
Piling
A variety of techniques are offered to suit specific requirements. This is the choice when it is not economical to excavate the deep foundation level, for foundation support or to upgrade exisiting floor slabs.
